Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, too bad. Just kidding. I know what it’s like to buy something and it not look the way you imagined. I also know what it’s like to buy a perfectly good antique cedar pocket door and return it because you realize your handywoman skills really aren’t ready for that life.
SHIPPING
Some of the items ship from me directly, like the soap, earrings and deodorant, so I send them out within 4 days. Others are from my friends and fam on the other side of the world, Guinea, France, Trinidad, and soon Amsterdam and they ship within 13 days. Strange numbers, I know, but that was my mom’s birthday :-). On the off chance that something takes longer than that to ship, I will clearly spell this out in the description. Because I KNOW how it is to order glow in the dark socks for Halloween and they show up for Thanksgiving. Yes, I still wore them, but the vibe was sooooooo gone.
Returns
You have 9 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, because 9 is my second favorite number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you of the receipt of returned item. I’ll immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item, most likely by email.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or PayPal, or debit card, you know what I mean).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
SCHEDULING POLICIES:
For online tutoring and consultation readings, I use Acuity for scheduling. I believe their policy pops up when you schedule a hangout with me. If not, note that 50% is paid when scheduling (for my time and blocking the time of others) and the balance is paid at the start of the Hangout. There is also an option to pay in full in advance and give me a tip, cause I'm so awesome at what I do :-)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Not exactly sure what happens when you cancel, no one has canceled before! But if I find out, or can change the policy, I will be sure to alert you. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a small fee is charged.

It is not meant to replace conventional diagnoses but should be seen in the context of providing information that might identify specific predispositions. You should always consult your Doctor or other Health Care Professional if you have any concerns.
